The Haunted Crack House Project is hosted by the VETERAN'S OUTREACH AND EDUCATION CENTER (VOEC) in their Mascoutah Facility which, up until just a few years ago, functioned as the historic Shiloh Valley Grange Hall.  Proceeds of the Haunted Crack House Project ticket sales will benefit the VOEC.

WHAT IS THE VOEC?

The VOEC is a new not for profit
corporation conceived by a small group of veterans who served in the
military during the Vietnam Era.

The VOEC's Goals 

- the accountability of POWs & MIAs from all wars

- to help veterans by supporting organizations like Fisher House, Adopt-A-Platoon, POW Families, Cell Phones for Soldiers, and Veterans Homes in Illinois and Missouri

Recent Projects & Activities 

VOEC has raised money through various fundraisers, raffle's, poker runs and through donations from local businesses. 

 
The organization also supported the "Moving Wall" when in Hecker, IL in 2008 and in Freeburg, IL in 2009.

LEGAL STATUS 

VOEC is a not for profit corporation 501(c)(3).  All funds raised go to
veterans and veterans-oriented programs.

FUND RAISING & DEVELOPMENT 

The Old Shiloh Valley Grange Hall represents a facility of significant historical and cultural interest.  It was only a few years ago that area farmers used the facility that now houses the VOEC organization.

The VOEC is launching a public campaign to "Save the Grange."  The Haunted Crack House Project ticket sale proceeds will serve as a launching pad from which the VOEC can ignite its efforts to revitalize and restore the old building.  Your help and support are needed!  If you'd like to make a donation, make your check payable to, "VOEC" and mail to:
